Unopened items with the hygiene seal intact can be returned within 30 days. Write to [email protected] with the order number and we will send the return steps.

Intimate goods that have been unsealed cannot come back, for hygiene. If something arrives damaged or not as described, we replace it or refund it even if the seal is open. Tell us within 14 days of delivery.

If you are in the EU or the UK

You have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. That right ends for sealed intimate goods once the seal is broken, because the seal is there for health protection. If the seal was already broken when the parcel arrived, tell us.
