Terms

You need to be 18 or older to use this shop and to buy. The products are for adults. They are not medical devices, and the descriptions are not health advice.

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation. Until then we can decline it, for example if an item has sold out. Risk of loss passes when the carrier marks the parcel delivered.

Preview orders on this site are not charged and do not create a contract to ship. A live shop takes payment on Shopify, and Shopify’s checkout terms apply to that payment.

Local consumer law still applies where it cannot be waived, including in the EU and the UK. Other questions are handled under the laws of the State of Delaware.

Write to [email protected]. These are starter terms. Have them reviewed for the states and countries you sell to.
